This hotel is equal to 3 stars. Comfortable bed, excellent value for money. Room was very spacious as expected. 10 mins walk to the centre. We really loved to chill in the nearby Teddy's Beach Diner.

nice place to stay in st leonards-on-sea, nothing too much trouble. azur, where you can eat, is an easy walk to the hotel. even the london gatwick airport was not so far. location met expectations.
